Valley Voices has been a core part of Lilydale for many years. The choir undertakes performances in the Lilydale community and beyond. For many years Valley Voices has brought music into as many places as they can - they sing in nursing homes, and they are a key part of the annual Christmas pantomime.

2013 brings a new conductor - Amanda Nicholas, known to many in Lilydale in her shared role as minister to the Lilydale Uniting Church. The inspired accompaniment by King-of-the-Keyboard Bob Richman is legendary.

Valley Voices farewells Judith Robbers

For many years, until the end of 2012, Valley Voices was conducted by Judith Robbers, a marvellous singer and teacher. Her retirement was received with great sadness by the members who wished her well for the future.

Below is the beginning of a portrait of Judith and Bob on the performing arts pole outside the Old Courthouse building. The artist is Leanne Hodgetts.
